Management Tip for May 2012

A new series has started on UK television called ‘Hidden Talents’, which put hundreds of ordinary people through a number of different assessment and profiling exercises with the aim of discovering hidden talents. The first show screened last week and revealed two people with extraordinary hidden talents – one for free diving and the other for art forgery detection. So what are the hidden talents of your people? May I suggest that all of your people will have a talent for something – you job is to find out what that is, and then use it to team advantage!
